Cult Eyewear extends a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all eyewear frames purchased through cultframes.com. We are happy to repair or replace, upon our inspection, any factory defect, provided any damage cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear. Accidental breakage or scratched lenses are not covered by warranty. Discontinued or Final Sale product is not covered by warranty.  Please allow up to ten business days for all repairs or replacements.

To request a Return Authorization Form for a damaged or defective frame, contact us at info@cultframes.com. A Cult Eyewear team member will respond with a Return Authorization Form, which must be filled in and sent back. Once approved, you may then ship the item back to the following address:
